The pupils come into contact with the diverse plant world and recognize the connections between plants, the environment, global development and their everyday life.
The Botanikschule has been run since 1987 by the Berlin Ministry for Education (Senatsverwaltung für Bildung) in cooperation with the Botanical Garden and Botanical Museum Berlin-Dahlem.
